As a FinOps Practitioner, I will teach you how to manage and optimize cloud costs while balancing business value, engineering performance, and financial accountability. Participants learn how FinOps brings together Finance, Engineering, Product, and Business teams to make informed decisions about cloud usage and spending.

FinOps fundamentals — principles, terminology, and the FinOps lifecycle.
Cloud cost visibility — understanding cloud bills, allocation, tagging, and cost reporting.
Cost allocation and ownership — connecting cloud spending to teams, products, projects, and business units.
Cloud cost optimization — identifying waste, improving resource utilization, and applying optimization techniques.
Forecasting and budgeting — using cloud usage and cost data to support budgets and forecasts.
Unit economics — measuring cloud costs in relation to business outcomes, such as cost per customer or transaction.
Collaboration and accountability — establishing shared responsibility between Finance, Engineering, and business stakeholders.
FinOps capabilities and maturity — understanding how organizations develop and improve their FinOps practices.
Practical decision-making — using data and business context to make effective cloud financial management decisions.
