About Mackenzie
I am confident with the knowledge I have on the topics I will be tutoring. I excelled in the sciences at a young age, starting in eighth grade I was able to advance to Freshman (9th grade) level biology. From there I chose to enroll in extra curricular science courses when given the opportunity. During my college career I received all A's and B's in courses such as; biology, cancer biology, microbiology, and A&P.

I have always had a strong passion and curiosity for science. I enjoy making learning fun and comprehensive for everyone! As a tutor I understand not all students learn the same, which is why I encourage self reflection in order for students to obtain an understanding on the learning styles they may have. From there I am able to tailor teaching methods to what work best for that individual.
