About Camille
I'm a PhD student in medieval studies. I have been a private tutor in a variety of disciplines for eight years. I also currently teach historiography to undergraduates at the University of Exeter. I'm a native French speaker and moved to England for my studies three years ago.

I have eight years of experience as a private tutor, three years of experience teaching at university, and three years experience as a Language Assistant, preparing students for their French A-Levels. I adapt my approach to each student but prefer a very practical one, with a lot of dialogue, as well as studies and translations of texts, from news articles to pieces of literature. A lesson typically lasts one hour, though I can do two hours for adult students. Being a historian, I can combine the teaching of both history and French, by teaching the history of France (or Europe) in French, which is also a more dynamic way of learning the language.
