About Nairi
Hello! My name is Nairi and I am from Uruguay; but I am currently living in Florida. I am a third-year student at Oregon State University (ecampus), majoring in French Language and Culture, and Political Science.
I love learning languages and writing. I published my first novel, "e-Special" in Spanish in 2023. I enjoy reading, listening to music and watching movies in different languages.

In my classes, I start by setting goals: asking the students why do they want to learn the language. Whether that is to go spend a vacation in Mexico or to become fluent in the language, I will help you throughout the learning process.
Once goals are clear, I like to get to look for the student's best learning method. For instance, I create PowerPoints and flaschards to give them a visual stimulus; while oral narratives and listenings work as an audible incentive.
I enjoy working with short stories and poems to provide a better insight of the hispanic culture; but then, again, the student lets me know which Spanish level they want to achieve, as classes are unique and individualized.
