About Susana

My name is Susana Rodríguez, a native Spanish teacher from Spain with a solid experience in language teaching. Currently, I work as a language assistant in France, where I teach Spanish to high school students. Passionate about learning languages and passing on my knowledge, I adapt my classes to each student to help them progress with confidence and serenity.

My background as a teacher and my experience in several countries allow me to understand the needs and difficulties of learners, whether you are a beginner or advanced. I also have a degree in foreign languages, which allows me to support you with pedagogy and rigor in your learning of Spanish.

I am committed to creating a stimulating and caring learning environment where everyone can progress at their own pace. My method is based on a practical and communicative approach, in order to make each course both useful and enjoyable. You will not only learn to speak the language, but also to understand the culture that surrounds it, which is essential to master a foreign language.

I am here to guide you throughout your journey, with patience and professionalism. Together, we will achieve your goals, whether it is to improve your speaking skills, prepare for an exam, or simply discover the pleasure of speaking Spanish.

About the lesson

My main goal is to make learning Spanish as enjoyable as it is effective. My classes are always personalized, based on the level and needs of each student, whether they are middle school students, high school students or adults wishing to 'improve their Spanish. I adapt to each profile, whether it is for a refresher, preparation for exams (such as the Bac or the DELE), or simply to develop mastery of the language in a professional or staff.

I use a communicative and interactive method. This means that we will focus on oral practice from the beginning, while working on grammar and vocabulary through practical exercises and real-life scenarios. I also integrate various supports, such as videos, articles or podcasts, to enrich the experience and make the courses more lively.

Typical course outline
1. Quick review of the concepts seen previously.
2. New lesson, with clear explanations and concrete examples.
3. Oral practice through dialogues and simulations.
4. Written exercises to consolidate acquired knowledge.

As a native Spanish speaker, I make it a point of honor to share not only the language, but also the Hispanic culture. My classes are therefore also an immersion in the customs, traditions and diversity of Spanish and Latino culture. American.
