About David
I moved to Canada to pursue a career in music performance in 2020, and this year I graduated with a Bachelor in Jazz and Contemporary Music Performance. I have found a sense of passion in the art of teaching through educating children in music in my spare time; I now feel that I am capable of branching off and teaching my native language and culture to those who are curious and eager to learn.

I focus on a conversation-based approach to help students speak naturally and confidently starting from day one. My methodology is interactive, immersive, and solely student-centric.
A typical lesson starts with a warm-up conversation to review previous topics, followed by a discussion around a theme such as travel, food, or culture. We will build your vocabulary together, and I will provide practical grammar tips within the context of our conversations.
All conversations are adapted to your interests, level, and goals—whether you're a beginner just starting out, a high school or college student needing academic support, or an adult learner preparing for travel or work.
What sets me apart is my ability to make lessons feel like natural conversations while still guiding you toward fluency with clear structure and patience. I also bring insights into Latin American culture, expressions, and pronunciation that you won’t get from textbooks.
