About Juan José
International Relations student with extensive experience in national and international bilingual Models of the United Nations, being highlighted with awards and recognitions several times. In the same way, I have worked as an independent tutor of the UN models. Currently, I am an active member of 'Democracy Moves', a coalition of youth activists from around the world whose common goal is to improve the global state of democracy. With more than 6 years living in the United States, my C1 and C2 English level has increased my ability to communicate interculturally with others, providing me with invaluable knowledge and exceptional observations in my work, allowing me to participate in multiple events in Colombia and around the world, in addition of opportunities in the translation area for more than 5 years. Similarly, I have been an English teacher multiple times, especially for students from vulnerable sectors.
