About Dee Dee
I am a native Mandarin speaker who obtained my undergraduate degree in Economics and Sociology at the University of Manchester and a postgraduate degree in Culture and Society at LSE. I have lived in the UK for five years and have three years of teaching experience.
In my past work experience, I have worked as a translator in English and Chinese for two consecutive years for the International Arts Festival. I have also worked at a local grammar school as a volunteer tutor in Math and Chinese.

The most important thing for my teaching method is to understand each student’s individual needs, strengths, motivations, and goals. After we know each other, I will deliver a learning plan or project-based learning math up to academic standards. After each session, I will also check to see if the students are demonstrating the skills that they are expected to learn as they progress through their education.
