About Jero
Hi there! My name is Jeromy, and I am a native Mandarin speaker currently studying at the University of Queensland. Growing up in a traditional public high school system while simultaneously participating in various international dual-degree programs has given me a unique perspective on language learning. I have a strong passion for cross-cultural exchange and have participated in numerous international activities where I introduced the beauty of Mandarin, Taiwanese traditions, and Chinese culture to people from all over the world. The reason I want to teach is to help learners navigate the complexities of Mandarin. Whether you are preparing for exams or picking up a new language for fun, I aim to provide not just textbook knowledge, but also the practical tips and cultural nuances that only a native speaker can offer.
