About M Antonella
I have been living in Mexico for almost 20 years and practically all my life cooking and looking to eat healthily without renouncing the pleasures of good food, as well as tradition in my Neapolitan family. Here in the Caribbean, I distribute my food in the markets and gastronomic events of Playa del Carmen and through my facebook page.

Everything starts with a conscious purchase of products and materials, the logic of kitchen organization is taught in the preparation of food and love is sought in its manipulation to arrive at a successful alchemical result.
