Having gone through the Italian education system and after being taught this amazing language for almost 15 years I will use the same methods we use in Italian schools.
We'll start with the basics and go to upper levels. A great time will be spent with the speaking part, in my opinion, one of the most important parts of a language.
As someone who got tutored for other subjects back in Italy during my secondary school, I understand the struggles of being on the student's side as well.
