About Loana

ABOUT ME

Bonjour, I’m Loana! I’m French-Kiwi and a native French speaker. Having lived, studied and worked in English-speaking environments, I understand the challenges of learning another language.

I bring classroom teaching experience and a warm, patient approach. I can explain tricky concepts in English when helpful, while giving you plenty of opportunities to practice your French.

About the lesson

Native French Teacher | Personalized Online Lessons | Speak with Confidence | All Levels | $50/hr

Want to feel more confident speaking French, prepare for a trip or improve your writing? Let’s make French something you enjoy using!

I’m a native French speaker and bilingual French–English teacher. My online lessons combine conversation with clear explanations and practical exercises, helping you build confidence in both spoken and written French.

ABOUT YOUR LESSONS

Each lesson is tailored to your level, interests and goals. Whether you’re starting from scratch, returning to French after a break or looking to become more fluent, we’ll work at a pace that suits you.

Together, we can focus on:

• Speaking and pronunciation : practice real conversations and express yourself more naturally.
• Grammar and conjugation : understand how French works and use the right tenses.
• Vocabulary : learn useful words and expressions for everyday life, travel and your interests.
• Writing and spelling : communicate more clearly and accurately.
• Reading and listening : understand French beyond the textbook.

You’ll put what you learn into practice through conversation, short readings and everyday situations. Expect helpful corrections, plenty of encouragement and space to ask questions. :)

LESSON DETAILS

• $50 AUD per hour
• Online lessons : learn from anywhere in Australia
• Flexible scheduling
• Personalized support for beginners through to advanced learners

Ready to turn “I understand a little French” into “I can have a conversation”?
