About Penda
I was born in France and raised there for many years; however, I moved to the United States in 2017. I really want to spread my love and passion for this language. My goal is to have you feeling confident in your speaking skills. It doesn't matter to me where you are starting off, I just want to see you thrive and succeed. I can also recommend some French pop culture if you are interested in learning more about the culture from a French person. French pop culture would include music, shows, movies, memes.

I believe that the only way to get better at speaking French and reducing your accent is practicing those skills. My lesson plan would be to have us simulate different scenarios such as asking for directions, trying to order food, or just having a polite conversation. I also can teach you some French slang known as le"verlan" which would help you appear more as a native speaker. I can tutor any level of French whether you are just starting to learn how to speak or those who already have speaking experience.
