About Amel

I am a Corporate Project Analyst but have been giving French lessons for friends over 10 years. I have also lectured French to Economics Students at University. I am native in French and have a BA in French Literature since 2009.

About the lesson

My teaching methodology could be anything that students find fun, starting from playing games to music/lyrics or to more serious lessons based on exercises, texts and homework. French for specific purposes like marketing or tourism or skill for a job or a degree level would be also provided.

Amel's response
I wanted to extend my sincere gratitude for you Matthew, taking the time to provide feedback regarding our recent sessions. Your insights are invaluable and greatly appreciated.

I'm delighted to hear that you enjoyed our discussions regarding the cultural topics and I'm glad we could delve into them together and I have enjoyed our chat equally.

My observations is that Matthew has an advanced level and excellent pronunciation which is so encouraging. It reflects both his dedication to learning and the effectiveness of his instructional approach in learning French. I can already commend Matthew for his commitment to mastering the language from this first session.

Areas for improvement would be focusing on gender agreement of nouns and corresponding adjectives, pronouns, and articles and enriching the vocabulary in general. This is indeed a crucial aspect of language mastery, and highly recommend to incorporate targeted exercises and guidance to address this area in future sessions whether this will be with myself or another tutor. Thanks.
