About Ermina
Hello! I am Ermina, a TEFL-certified English tutor from the Philippines. I have experience teaching on Native Camp and as a private tutor for kids and adults.
Although my background is in Nursing, I found my true passion in teaching English. I am a patient, friendly, and energetic teacher who creates a safe and supportive space for students to make mistakes and grow.

Hi, I am Ermina, a TEFL-certified Filipino English tutor. I teach English to kids and adults from beginner level.
My teaching method is fun, patient, and student-centered. For kids, I use TPR, games, flashcards, songs, and props to make learning active and enjoyable. For adults, we focus on conversation, pronunciation, vocabulary, and grammar through real-life topics.
A typical lesson starts with a warm-up and review, then we learn new words, practice speaking, and end with a fun activity to build confidence.
What sets me apart is my Nursing background. It helps me stay calm, patient, and supportive with shy or nervous students. My goal is to help you speak English naturally and with confidence.
