About Mae

Hi! My name is April and I'm from Australia. I speak native English and use it daily in real life. I love helping people feel more confident when speaking English, because I know how difficult it can be to communicate in a foreign language. I'm a patient, friendly, and positive person, and I enjoy creating a relaxed environment where students can learn without anxiety or fear of making mistakes. I believe that English is truly learned only by practicing it in real situations. My goal is to help you speak more confidently, naturally, and fluently.

About the lesson

My lessons are designed to help you speak English confidently and naturally in real-life situations. I create a relaxed and positive environment where you can practice without fear of making mistakes. Each lesson is personalized based on your level, goals, and interests. We'll work on conversation, pronunciation, useful vocabulary, and everyday expressions you can use immediately for travel, work, or everyday life. A typical lesson includes initial conversation, targeted speaking activities, pronunciation exercises, and simulations of real-life situations. I teach children and adults of all levels, from beginners to advanced, including for job interview preparation, IELTS, or international communication. My goal is to help you become more confident, fluent, and comfortable speaking English.

Lessons are conducted entirely in English. I do not use Italian during the lesson, so you can fully immerse yourself in the language and improve your listening, pronunciation, and speaking confidence much faster. This method is highly effective for developing real fluency and learning to think in English

- In-person lessons -
