I would describe my teaching style effective.Instead of offering answers to my students I will ask the right questions and with the hep of demonstration.In my opinion the young generations lack critical thinking and creativity.Also to be clear.Taking consideration prior knowledge,diverse backgrounds way of life to make teaching and learning conductive to any environment.
