About Samia
I am a professional educator. I started out as a Nursery/Kindergarten teacher, progressed into Youth & Social Work and for the last 35 years have worked primarily in the business world as a Consultant, Coach and Freelance Instructor. I am not a teacher - I do not focus on books and curriculum Instead, I facilitate learning - meaning that I tap into my students' natural interests and their potential to help them learn.
Each student is different and I love the challenge of getting to know each person, recognizing what is unique about them, and then working with that to help them achieve the goals that they set for themselves.

I use various methods including video, flash cards, digital, conversation and traditional techniques to make learning fun - and I make use of every day, real-life situations to bring home the lessons taught.
