About Ronan
I studied Fine Art in university before pursuing a lifelong dream of playing music in a band. I played for about 5 years, regularly playing concerts around Dublin, and recording and producing numerous E.Ps. After 5 years I decided to do a CELTA teacher training course, and on completion I moved to Valencia, Spain.
I started teaching children in a primary school and later teenagers and adults in an academy. I taught a range of levels (from beginner to advanced) and also did some Trinity exam preparation classes. I stayed in Valencia for 3 years, and each summer I worked in a summer camp. After the 3 years I went to South America for one year. I stayed in Cochabamba for 9 months, where I was teaching individual online classes in an academy. I also did some TOEFL preparation classes. I returned to Valencia in September of 2020 and started teaching some hours in an academy and also some virtual classes. I am still currently teaching some classes online

I like to teach fun and dynamic classes that focus more on speaking skills, but can plan a class that suits the student's needs. I have a creative background, so this always shows in my classes. I want to show the student that learning can be a fun and creative process! I also have experience teaching exam preparation classes, and 97% of my students have passed exams in all my time as an ESL teacher.
I am a very patient and friendly person. You will realize quickly that I am very easy to talk to, and you can feel comfortable and at home in my classes. I look forward to meeting you all
