I am matched with agents that require assistance with comprehension and positioning skills that aide in servicing Canadian clients. Understanding English is as important as learning how to speak the language .

My teaching method is very fluid . I do not believe in 1 standard teaching method . I strongly believe in adjusting to your students learning style . Being complementary and using different methods such as ; role playing , discussions,lectures, projects along with other fun interactive ways is key to learning and driving results when learning anything new especially a language.
