About Taahir
I am an economics graduate, who has studied a 168 hour TEFL course, where I learnt how to plan and deliver a lesson. I have had practical experience planning and delivering a lesson in a classroom, where I worked in a small team to deliver a short lesson on grammatical tenses. We made sure to engage students by carrying out an interactive activity. Ultimately, students learnt the tenses well.

Firstly, I would have an icebreaker to get to know students, then I would assess their needs i.e. why they want to learn English so that we can focus lessons around their learning needs. I would also consider the language level of a student so that I can make sure to grade my language appropriately.
I would then plan and deliver interactive lessons that consist of learning games and activities that keep students engaged and encourage them to practice producing English.
