About Daisy

I have a master's degree in Psychosocial Intervention. I am Italian-American, so English and Italian are my native languages. Also, I am fluent in Spanish.

I have 7 years of teaching experience, working with all ages. I worked as an English technical writing tutor with teenagers and university students and as an assistant teacher in a bilingual nursery and primary school. I have previous experience with ESL (English as a Second Language), technical and creative writing in English and giving face-to-face and online private classes. I currently also give intensive preparatory classes for the Aptis and Trinity language exams.

About the lesson

I am patient, approachable, creative, and problem solver. I strongly believe in involving the student in the conceptualization and construction of their ideas. Additionally, my multicultural background and experiences allow me to relate to a variety of ages and cultures, finding the best ways to communicate. One more thing: I firmly believe in fostering all stages of the creation process and in maintaining the voice of the author.

Native English and Italian speaker with 7 years of English teaching experience.
