About Alicia
I moved to Australia from China ten years ago and have enjoyed gaining further knowledge about Chinese culture! I love working with students to improve their vocabulary and pronunciation and watch their confidence grow! learning a language is a difficult process but with dedication and patience, each student will be sure to attain their goals! Language learning is a collaborative process with oral, written and comprehension aspects. I will always be supportive and understanding, and try to use tools and techniques that work best with each individual student.

I am at graduate level for Chinese as well as having proper Beijing pronunciation. I have studied Chinese culture and history for five years, and have a passion for improving and fine-tuning accurate Mandarin pronunciation. I take great attention to detail and am sure to provide accessible resources. I help with school homework and cater to each individual student regarding their specific goals. Lessons span between half an hour to one hour. I am able to help with homework, pre-study and improve oral and vocabulary.
