About Amir

My name is Amir. I was born and raised in Syria. I obtained my undergraduate degree in Arabic, and travelled abroad to pursue higher studies in English.
I am a researcher, and a humanist who wish to build bridges and bring people closer to truth.
I enjoy reading, baking, discussing philosophy and anthropology and the origins and meaning of life.
I have learnt that human communications is the primary reason for conflicts but also the only solution to bring love and peace.

About the lesson

مَرحَباً!
As a native Arabic speaker, and a former lecturer at an Arabic University, I will make sure your Arabic becomes as good as an Arabic speaking person.
I will take you through simple and easy steps towards improving your Arabic.

You will be able to hear the authentic Arabic pronunciations.

You will be taught basics of the Arabic languages so that you can converse and find your way easily in any Arabic speaking country.

The special classes conduct are meant for:
1. Beginners who have never spoke or know Arabic.
2. Intermediate students who have knowledge about the basics but want to improve further.
3. Those who wish to bring their Arabic pronunciations right.
4. Those who are likely to study/work in an Arabic speaking country.
5. Those who need help with translation from English to Arabic and vice versa.
6. Advanced students who wish to study Arabic grammar عِلمُ النَّحُو.
7. The students who need help with their Arabic academic work.

The class structure will be tailored according to your level and needs.
Broadly speaking the classes will be as follows:
The first one to three classes will be to gauge your level in Arabic and determine the teaching method that best suits you.

For a beginner, we will start learning the Alphabet and the correct pronunciations of the Arabic letter.
Then, we will move on to sentence formation and the basic Arabic day to day used language.
The ability to read and write is crucial in the first stage.
Once the student has reached a satisfying level of knowledge, selected topics will be pursued depending on the interests of the students.
