About Conor
I grew up in Kinsale in Ireland, and my passions have always been golf and fitness. I’m a part-time Pro golfer but mainly work in the golf industry and privately train clients one to one in their homes or outdoors. I love everything sports & fitness related and I know how to get the most out of every client. My passion in life is getting people to hit their goals & that passion will never leave!

I’m sociable, calming but also a pressing personal trainer/coach. I will always try to get the absolute maximum out of my clients, without pushing them too hard. I enjoy making relationships and finding out every detail which can then be used to enhance the training techniques and methods. I have been a personal trainer for 6 years as well as being a professional golfer and golf coach. I love watching people progress and experience improvements no matter what their chosen area of improvement be. I look forward to pushing everyone through the next barrier they face!
