About Andre
I've tutored my school's math team, robotics team, and coding club for the past 4 years. I also lead robotics lessons at two local elementary schools, which has strengthened my ability to make hard topics accessible for all ages.
In terms of my individual success, I’ve competed in varying mathematics subjects for six years and placed nationally in Calculus and Cybersecurity competitions.
My goal is to inspire confidence and support your growth in math through clear guidance and a passion for learning.

In tutoring I aim to form a strong understanding of a subject by building from the foundation.
I teach students ranging from advanced middle schoolers to early college students, mainly covering topics from Algebra 1 through Calculus 2.
I start each lesson by giving the student a slightly challenging problem to allow them to explore the material firsthand. I then teach the general concept governing the problem. Afterward, I explain the methods and reasoning behind the solution, work through the problem together, and then I provide a similar problem. By the end, they will develop the skills needed to tackle challenges on their own.
