About Leah
I am a first year student studying at the University of the Free State doing a BSc degree in Biochemistry and Physiology. However, I am part of the university athletics and cross country teams, having been selected for the Free State Provincial teams for both and traveling for nationals. I was also selected for the USSA team placing 4th overall.

My lessons will be aimed at improving fitness through a mixture of cardio and gym (strength training), giving weekly training programs that are adaptable as per athlete. As well as an eating plan to ensure maximum health and muscle building during training.
