After perfecting my skills of baking standard goods, I found that my son was grain, gluten, and dairy intolerant. I've spent the last 10 years relearning and remastering the art of baking for those with dietary restrictions - from Type 1 and 2 diabetes, to Celiac Disease, and many other severe ailments. Gluten-free baking can be fun and delicious!
