About Amber

I Have helped over 100 woman in the last 2 years accomplish their goals WITHOUT tracking anything they ate! Being so passionate about this comes from me not wanting you to go through the same mistakes I did when I first started. No one should have to go through such a rough programming that almost ruined my relationship with my body and food.

About the lesson

I teach you how to sustainably lose fat and get toned. Using my “healthy habits” methodology and programming that has transformed my body for the past 3 years, will also change yours forever! No more being miserable to only lose fat AND muscle for a couple of months and then hating yourself for putting it back on.
