Hi, my name's Anna and I am in year 13! I can tutor in GCSE Chemistry, Biology & Maths - I achieved eight 9s & two 8s in my GCSEs and have experience tutoring GCSE content at my school.

About Anna
I am studying Chemistry, Biology and Maths A levels and my UCAS predicted grades are A*A*A. I really enjoyed voluntarily tutoring students at my school in their GCSE content over the last school year and am looking forward to building on my teaching skills in the future. I have an easy-going manner with an adaptive teaching style suited to many types of pupils, and I hope I can help students to enjoy the topics they initially are struggling with.

I prepare for lessons using exam board specification and practice questions adapted to the student level. I will have students specify the topics they are struggling with and target these with concise explanations alongside active recall. I will need to gauge student pace and understanding in the first session and then I will adapt my lessons accordingly. My teaching style will be catered specifically to student learning style.
