About Nick
I am a sophomore at Oglethorpe University. I have been a tutor for several years now. Among my teaching experience, I currently work as a long term substitute for Gwinnett County Public Schools. Here, I gained experience catering toards the needs of certain students when creating a lesson plan. Students do not all have the same thought processes when approaching a problem and knowing different routes to arrive at an answer is appropriate when providing instruction.

I am a firm believer in repetition and practice problems. When approaching a problem you do not understand, the best approach is usually to build a foundation with similar concepts and relate one to another. I am able to tutor every math from algebra up to calculus III, and while my main focus is on chemistry in the science department, I am able to help in any of the other branches as well at an intermediate level. I am able to adapt my plans to fit whatever is needed.
