I am Michael Swiger, a working pianist with solo and collaborative performance background. My studio is patient, structured, and built around your upcoming recital or audition dates. You will receive a short video tip after each meeting. I am dependable, kind, and genuinely invested when your sight-reading finally clicks. Your confident performance is my only measure.

I check your bench distance, wrist level, and finger curvature before any piece begins. A typical 55-minute session includes Hanon exercises, arpeggio patterns, sight-reading practice, learning eight bars of a chosen song, and a two-line assignment sheet. My specialty is fixing collapsed knuckles and uneven dynamics. My students include 2nd through 12th graders, homeschool pianists, and college students taking keyboard proficiency.
