About Louise

Hi, my name is Louise Holland. I graduated in 2023 with an ATAR >98. I completed English advanced, math extension 1, math advanced, physics, science extension, PDHPE, and French. I teach math and physics, online or in-person around Kensington. I can help with assignments, explaining concepts, and going through questions. I also have many notes, past papers and tips to share which I used during my HSC! I love helping students achieve their goals and ensure each lesson is individualized to the student.

About the lesson

Each lesson must be worth your time! Therefore, I will discuss with students before the lesson to identify concepts, topics, or skills that would be most beneficial to work on. Then we aim to reach a goal in each lesson to feel a sense of accomplishment and stay motivated. Each lesson includes teaching the concept or topic, working through practice questions together, and then completing harder questions to ensure you feel confident! Then a summary of the lesson with a quick plan for the next lesson. I ensure lessons are individualized to suit the student's preferred method of learning and have many resources, tips, notes, and practice questions that I can share. Additional details - Each lesson is typically 1 or 2 hours - Subjects: Advanced math, Extension 1 math, Physics - Year groups: K-12
