About Jazz
I’m Jazz and I’m 24 years old. I did my Yoga instructor course in Thailand which was the best decision I made for myself. I’m very passionate about yoga because it’s not just only showing up on the mat and doing some postures… it’s so much more than that. It’s healing, it’s challenging, it’s connecting you with yourself/with your body/soul. It strengthens your awareness, your strength, your flexibility and your mind. Yoga is not only physical it also helps you mentally and spiritually. It’s just so fascinating how you see changes within your body but also changes how you are as a person.

In our private sessions, I will guide you through poses and sequences that enhance your strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. We'll work at your pace, ensuring each session is both challenging and enjoyable. My aim is to help you find balance and harmony in your practice, making yoga a meaningful part of your daily life.
