About Jaden

I am a confident, independent self-starter with competitive drive, initiative, a sense of urgency, and the ability to make decisions and take responsibility for them. I can react and adjust quickly to changing conditions and come up with ideas for dealing with them. Resourceful and forceful in overcoming obstacles, I vigorously and directly attack problems.

My drive is purposeful, directed at getting things done quickly and effectively. I respond positively and actively to challenges and pressure. I have confidence in my ability to handle novel problems and people. I am an outgoing, poised person, a lively and enthusiastic communicator. I have a strong sense of urgency, putting pressure on myself and those around me for results.

I am confident and comfortable acting based on my assessment of a situation given the information available. For me continual progress towards the objectives is more important than always being exactly on track; I am flexible and will make course corrections as necessary, when the time arises.

I connect very quickly with others, and strongly motivated to build and leverage relationships to get work done. I openly and easily share information with others in building trust and relationships. I enthusiastically persuade and motivate others by adjusting my message and delivery where appropriate. I have a strong intuitive understanding of team cohesion, dynamics, and interpersonal relations.
I am sure of myself, set high standards of achievement for me and those around me. I look for opportunities to compete and to win. Venturesome, I am stimulated by new challenges and situations, and generally driving myself and others to new horizons. I am ambitious both for myself and for the environment in which I work.

About the lesson

As practical work has been my favourite I like to look at primarily at examples and larger problem solving within coding.

I'll firstly look at your current level of coding through some basic coding problems and further use that as a baseline to better you abilities.

If you have any specific problems I am happy to work you through them in a lesson.

I am happy to teach any level of students from any grade 10 and up.

I like to start my lessons with a recap of previous lessons unless it is the first lesson then I like to do introductions and get an understanding of you coding level.

I like to further give past papers and examples as homework that will challenge you based on what I taught in the lesson.

In a lesson I will work through problems and further explains topics to allow for a better grasp on the concepts of coding including good coding principles.

I have experience with Java, C#, Python, HTML, CSS, Access and SQL
