About Hayley
I grew up in a very small town, one that did not take very much pride in making sure our schools provided us with the 'proper' education. In elementary school I noticed the amount of teachers we had that loaded us up with meaning-less busy work and expected us to enjoy our time at school. I then took matters into my own hands and researched the ways that I could make learning more interesting for myself. I wasn't interested in sitting at a desk trying to figure it our, I wanted interactive FUN ways that would make me more excited about school. Ever since then I graduated highschool with a 4.0 GPA and a semester of college done, went on to study at Boise State University and just finished my first year there doing pre-nursing and earning my way on to Deans List. I am excited to help encourage kids as well!

I struggled immensely in the past with finding the "fun" in doing my school work, I would dread everyday at school until I learned techniques that really changed my perspective on it. I then became super intuitive as to what I was turning it and making sure all my work for A quality.Both my parents are teachers and have instilled the ability to work well with children as individuals. I really strive in my lessons to find the way that the child is most easily engaged and to work off of there personal learning styles. I am most comfortable with k-8, but don't mind helping the older kids as well!
