About Eirinie
Having studied A-Level English Literature, Classical Civilisations and Psychology, it is no secret that I love literature and analysis - something that I have pursued as a Law with Philosophy student at university. Teaching and childcare have always been a passion of mine. I volunteered at an 11+ tutoring centre for three years, as well as privately teaching alongside working at an after-school club for two years. Interaction and mutual understanding are key to effective teaching and communication. This is why I prefer taking on a personal, humanistic approach to learning, where my student gives me an outline of their teaching content and directs me with what they want from each lesson, so that we can achieve the end goal. Teaching is about being flexible and reactive to what the student wants, and so I aim to tailor each lesson to what is requested.

My lessons and materials are suited to GCSE/A-Level students. Lessons are typically one hour, however modifications are welcomed to suit your needs. I teach using PowerPoints and documents that are shareable and can be edited. Please contact me with your exam board and texts to see if it is compatible with my materials. I've assisted taught at tutoring centres and taught privately to various age groups, and am excited to begin doing so online!
