About Cameron
I see education as the foundation of ones future in the working world regardless of what they seek to do. Learning is not just understanding a set of rules or a concept, it is learning how to be proficient at applying yourself and, crucially, learning how and why we must learn and grow. Therefore, I always prioritise teaching my students why they are learning maths and why we need to understand these topics to ground these theories in the world they see around them - to inspire them to see beyond just the numbers.

I teach with an engagement forwards approach, encouraging the tutee to learn through a series of activities that not only test the individuals understanding of the topic but also challenge their understanding of its foundation as a concept. Then I will work through exam style questions with them so that the student is prepared to achieve the top grades under test conditions.
I typically teach for one hour but I am willing to be flexible.
I have worked for 2+ years as a maths tutor and am currently studying for my masters of Architecture. I also achieved an A* for my A-level maths exam.
I have taught students from KS2 - GCSE level but I am capable of teaching students at KS1 level also.
