About Adriana
Listening to the old players back home taught me that music begins in the ears rather than on the page. My path led from those early Blue Ridge pickin parties to a formal BM degree from Belmont University where I solidified my craft.
Teaching 338 students has shown me that whether you are an absolute beginner or a performance focused teen, the basics of rhythm guitar and chord transitions provide the necessary structure for every song. I utilize my 9 years of experience to weave together reading tabs, mastering power chords, and understanding scales with the organic flow of folk tradition. It is a privilege to support hobbyists in finding their own voice on the instrument as we navigate maintenance and tuning together.
