About Bridget
I have a BSc in Microbiology & Immunology, and I now am pursuing my MSc (soon to switch into a PhD) in Food Microbiology. Specifically, I study bacterial infections in dairy cows using DNA sequencing techniques, with a focus on reducing the use of antibiotics in agriculture. When I am not working on my thesis, I enjoy reading, hiking, and cooking!

I find I learn the best when I have mastered the concepts. My lessons will focus on understanding the basic concepts of a particular topic, then follow-up with a few in depth problems to work through together. The amount of time spent on the concepts will vary by student, but I think this is the most important thing to understand, then the rest will come easy!
