My psychology lessons are designed to go beyond memorisation and help students truly understand and apply psychological concepts. Whether you are studying GCSE, A-level, or undergraduate psychology, sessions are tailored to your specific syllabus, goals, and learning style.
I take a structured yet flexible approach, combining clear explanations with interactive discussion, exam practice, and real-world application. Drawing from my background in Sport and Exercise Psychology, I often use applied examples (e.g., performance, motivation, injury, behaviour change) to make concepts more engaging and easier to understand.
Lessons may include:
• Breaking down complex theories into simple, manageable ideas
• Exam technique and essay structuring (especially for A-level and university)
• Application of theory to case studies and real-life scenarios
• Revision planning and confidence-building strategies
Sessions are typically 60 minutes, but can be adapted based on your needs. I offer both online lessons and in-person sessions (where feasible), creating a supportive and collaborative environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and developing their confidence.
My aim is not just to help you achieve strong grades, but to help you think like a psychologist — building critical thinking, reflection, and applied understanding that stays with you beyond exams.
