About Augustina
I’m a proud 3x UWE Bristol Hall of Fame inductee, recognized for my contributions to community engagement and cultural promotion. I own a thriving Afro-Caribbean food business in Bristol, blending tradition with modern culinary techniques. I collaborate with African Voices Forum (AVF) to support Black communities and run a youth workshop program every last Sunday at The Pickle Factory, teaching Afro-Caribbean youth 16-29yrs how to prepare Afro-Caribbean dishes while preserving our rich heritage.

Learn to cook Afro-Caribbean dishes with me. Started my love for cooking at age 8 learning and assisting my grandmother then a 4-year Food and Nutrition College. Topped it up with a master's in publishing studies with digital option then an MSc in Events Management to make sure at every end of the process I have vast knowledge. I have mastered making traditional recipes simple, flavorful and healthy. As one of the household Afro-Caribbean chefs in Bristol I offer personalized recipes and spice-packed meals.
