About Nageena

Most students are not "bad at Biology or Chemistry," they have just never had someone explain it the right way, and that gap is exactly what I close as a tutor. I am Nageena, an online Biology and Chemistry tutor with an MPhil in Biotechnology and 2 years of experience teaching IGCSE (Cambridge and Edexcel), A Level and IB students from international schools across the UAE, UK and USA.

I am patient, clear and I never move on until my student has truly understood a concept. I explain topics in multiple ways, use visual tools during lessons, and focus heavily on past paper practice so students know exactly what examiners expect from them.

Teaching is not just about covering a syllabus for me, it is about building a student's confidence until they walk into their exam feeling fully prepared. I look forward to helping you get there.

About the lesson

Understanding Biology and Chemistry is not about memorizing more, it is about being taught the right way. I help students across the UAE, UK and USA fully understand their syllabus, build real exam confidence, and work toward the grades they are aiming for. I am an online Biology and Chemistry tutor with 3 years of experience teaching students following the Cambridge IGCSE, Edexcel, A Level and IB curricula. My students come from international schools across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Riyadh, Jeddah, Doha and beyond. I know exactly what each exam board expects, and I structure every lesson around those specific requirements.

Every session starts by identifying exactly where the student is struggling. I then explain the concept clearly using simple language, real life examples and visual diagrams. Once the concept is understood, we move into past paper practice from the relevant exam board, Cambridge CIE, Edexcel or IB, so the student learns to answer in the exact way examiners expect.

IB Biology (Standard Level and Higher Level)

I am patient, clear and I adjust my pace completely to the student. I never rush. If something does not click the first time, I explain it a different way until it does. I use digital whiteboards and shared documents during lessons so students see everything visually, not just hear it.

With consistent sessions, students build steady, measurable improvement in both understanding and exam performance, especially once focused past paper practice becomes part of the routine.
