About Joseph
I'm a motivational speaker, obsessed with Phsycology and self-help, health and fitness, loves sports, and love to help people with their problems as I used to suffer with some mental health issues as well. I'd love to help support anyone with improving their overall health.

My teaching method will be me displaying books and methods from some of the top phsycologists and health experts in he world. I will also establish some motivational strategies which I've created and developed to help innovate a growth mind-set for pupils. No boring written work or textbooks (unless you want to) but I will provide you with some well-being techniques which we will complete practically to put emotion in motion.
