I have always had a passion for helping motivate people to reach their goals. Since I can remember I have always been the "go-to" friend and family member for anything "self-improvement". I have a dual degree in Human Resources Management and Marketing which really allows me to not only understand the individual, but how they fit in their day-to-day and professional setting.

My approach is slightly different from the traditional Life Coaching technique used in a lot of practices. I like to incorporate your Astrological natal/birth chart in order to truly get aligned with your authentic code and see what you most resonate with. This is where I feel it is highly important to individualize your journey, as everyone has come into this life with a different purpose. Meaning- no two "plans of action" should ever look the same.
Our initial session will begin with your natal chart reading to uncover shifts and patterns we want to work on. From there we will take a look at what areas of life you are looking to strengthen and improve, then decide on a plan of action and get to work!
