About Sara
I am a dedicated English tutor with a strong passion for helping students succeed. Having completed high school with excellent results and being selected for internships at Cosmopolitan Magazine, I bring both academic knowledge and real-world communication experience to my teaching. My background has strengthened my skills in writing, editing, and effective expression — qualities I now pass on to my students. Parents can feel confident knowing that I provide a structured, reliable, and supportive learning environment. I understand the importance of academic success, particularly for students preparing for GCSE, IGCSE, or A-Level English, and I design my lessons to balance both exam-focused preparation and practical language development. My teaching philosophy is based on clarity, structure, and results, while also ensuring students feel motivated and supported throughout their learning journey. Every student has different strengths and challenges, so I adapt my lessons to meet their individual needs, whether they are aiming to improve academic performance, prepare for examinations, or build overall confidence in English.
I combine targeted practice in grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension, and writing with interactive speaking exercises to ensure well-rounded language development. Lessons are carefully structured to include a short review of previous material, focused instruction on new topics, guided practice, and a recap at the end to consolidate learning.
A typical lesson lasts 60 minutes, though 90-minute sessions are available for students preparing for major exams such as GCSE, IGCSE, or A-Level English.
In terms of qualifications and experience, I am a high school graduate who was selected for internships at Cosmopolitan Magazine, where I gained valuable experience in professional communication, editing, and writing. This background allows me to bring a practical and polished perspective to English tutoring, with an emphasis on both accuracy and expression.
