Ex MBA marketing, Double post graduate,left full time job for my passion in dance and fitness .
I had started my journey by shedding 20 kgs myself using mixed techniques .
We envision spreading love of dance and fitness among all .

About the lesson

I teach Zumba,folk fitness, bollywood styles,and various dance forms in class.
Then once body is warmed up,we do some workout with help of body.
Then to cool down either songs and stretching or yoga and meditation.
Different workouts each day to not get bored and have fun with it too.
Weigh every week to see results along with little health eating habits.
I will workout along with you too so no need to stress out, cheers !
