I don't like students to be bookish rather I want them to be active and alert so that they can absorb nature because the way they experience life is quite brilliant and we can't imagine the way the can so limiting them to books is a crime to humanity.
I would rather ask them to be presentable like making slides etc to make sure they stand different in a crowd.
I would also see that they are moving on the right track, their right approach and right behaviour is of utmost importance.
