About Cesar

I have over a decade of experience in the mental health industry. Not only as a patient and student but also as someone thats worked directly under several psychiatrists and psychologists for many years.

*I am not a licensed therapist or psychologist, however in my career I've acquired a wealth of practical information and knowledge that has helped many people feel better about themselves and their lives. I'm happy to share my knowledge and experience through this personal wellness program with anyone that it might help.

My expertise is primarily in anxiety and depression; however I am well-versed in a full range of behavioral health issues and diagnoses. Even if you don't necessarily struggle with these specific issues, I can still assist you by providing powerful therapeutic tools that can be utilized in your everyday life.

About the lesson

Our first few sessions will consist of me getting to know you and learning about where you're at in your life currently. We will work on identifying the problem areas in your life that you feel are holding you back. Afterwards, we will work together to create clear goals or plans of attack that we can begin to work towards. At this point is where the therapeutic part begins. Whether it be weekly talk sessions, check-ins, or even just emails, I become a friend and tool at your disposal thats here to help your mental wellness improve!

During our sessions I devote my time and attention to making sure you are heard, respected, not judged in any way shape or form, and content with the work that we are doing together. Having someone available to keep you accountable and steadfast on your way to wellness is a priceless tool you can utilize to overcome the challenges life throws at you.

* I pride my service on being nonjudgmental and fully inclusive to anyone regardless of their race, identity, sexuality, religion, or creed. Anyone can benefit from therapy and EVERYONE deserves affordable access to it. Thats what I'm here to provide.
