I am a wellness, self-love, empowerment coach who has been running her business successfully online for 7 years. I've been meditating & practicing mindfulness, as well as yoga and fitness, for over 10 years. My own personal practice has expanded greatly, and my clients all notice dramatic and powerful improvements in their life with my support.

I base my teaching upon mindfulness, presence and self-love. Self-discovery is the cornerstone of my methodology - the more you know about the SELF, the deeper you can go inside of you, the better your life will be. I believe we all create our own reality. With these principles, it's easy to create routines for your daily life.
